Laser Technology
Equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting and welding technology, our metal processing options are virtually limitless. Applying laser technology, Veyhl works at the highest level: functional elements of the highest precision and quality are produced daily on tube and flatbed laser systems. Our long items warehouse supports the automated set-up process of our tube laser systems and ensures fast order processing. Laser punching as well as 3D laser welding systems enable further manufacturing possibilities.
Surface refinement
We offer several processes for the surface finishings of your metal components. High-quality surfaces are created on our automated powder coating line - available in all RAL color shades. In addition, we offer the possibility of (high) gloss and matt chrome coatings as well as galvanic nickel plating of metal components through an external partner. Automatic flat and cylindrical grinding machines as well as belt sanding or flex workstations ensure the final surface finish of your products and components.
Welding Techniques
A professional team of specialists as well as advanced plant technology ensure spot-on welding work with a flawless optic. The portfolio ranges from modern robot technology with MAG, CMT and laser welding to MIG, MAG and TIG manual welding workstations.
Mechanical manufacturing
CNC machining centers and automatic lathes ensure flexibility and precision in order processing. We are optimally equipped for all stages of mechanical production - such as turning, milling and drilling operations.
Reforming process
In addition to our machining operations, we also offer a wide range of reforming processes - such as (automated) forge/swivel bending - to process your orders. Customer-specific solutions are created in our tool and fixture construction department.
Assembly and logistics
Our logistics concept guarantees high quality even at the end of the manufacturing process. On our assembly lines, product groups are assembled as required and provided with subsequent test documentation. Finally, all customer orders are picked via our dispatch center, professionally packed and shipped worldwide with the necessary delivery documents (incl. customs clearance) - and that just-in-time.

Lean Management
The principles of the lean and kaizen philosophy have been firmly implemented at Veyhl since 2005 and are an important part of everyday work. In pursuit of the continuous perfection of our processes, products and services, we promote a participative suggestion system. Each employee is an expert in his or her own area. We use errors and weaknesses as opportunities for improvement.
Activities in the improvement process are coordinated and managed by a full-time CIP team of several members, which report directly to production management. Other interdisciplinary teams spread across the company work weekly on various short- and medium-term goals. The results are regularly presented and audited.
