The promotion and further development of our junior staff is a central objective of the Veyhl training concept. Around 2/3 of all current management positions are filled with talents from our own training programs.
Veyhl attaches particular importance to training. For many years, we have been promoting the training and further education of our junior staff and thereby the future viability of our company. Training with prospects
At Veyhl, trainees work independently and with a high degree of freedom. From the very beginning, they supervise their own projects and learn to take responsibility. Company exchange programs, training and further education opportunities open up different prospects both during and after an apprenticeship. Many specialists and managers have started their training or further education at Veyhl.

During their training, our trainees are closely supported and are not left alone with their concerns. Continuous support and intensive preparation for exams are an integral part of the training at Veyhl.

Tool mechanic (m/f/d)
Tool mechanics manufacture precision components and assemble for tools and devices using manual and mechanical machining processes while working with different materials. They also assemble and disassemble tools and devices, repair them and optimize them.
Construction mechanic (m/f/d)
The tasks of a construction mechanic include the manufacture of various sheet metal elements and covers using both mechanical and manual processing methods. In addition, construction mechanics manufacture, assemble and disassemble components and equipment and assist in the maintenance of technical systems.
Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
The tasks of a machine and plant operator include setting up, equipping, operating and maintaining production machines and systems.
Electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
Electronics technicians for operating technology (BET) assemble systems and equipment for measurement, power supply, control and regulation technology, communication and signaling technology, drive technology and lighting technology.
Electronics technician for devices/systems (m/f/d)
Training as an electronics technician for devices and systems involves the production, commissioning and repair of units and devices for information and communications technology or measurement and testing technology.
Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Industrial clerks design and support all corporate processes from a business perspective. They assist in the central commercial areas and are involved in project design and event organization.
Technical product designers (m/f/d)
The focus of the training program is on the development and design of products based on 3D CAD systems. Based on descriptions or their own ideas, technical product designers create 3D data sets and develop technical documentation for them.
Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
The tasks of a warehouse logistics specialist include the planning and organization of all logistics processes. They unload, sort, check, pick and pack goods and also ensure optimal goods storage.
Warehouse specialist (m/f/d)
Warehouse specialists coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and are responsible for correct and professional inventory management. They have important control tasks when checking incoming goods: they record the goods via EDP, check quality and quantity, sort and store them properly.
By offering a commercial (Bachelor of Arts - Industry) and a technical DHBW degree (Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering), Veyhl trains young talents to become specialists and managers. As a DHBW student, you will alternate between learning theory at the University of Applied Sciences and practical experience at Veyhl, in a three-month rhythm. From the very beginning, you will be involved in your own projects, work in a team and receive intensive technical and personal training. After three years, the DHBW program concludes with you achieving a ‘Bachelor Degree’, which will open many doors to you.
Bachelor of Engineering (m/f/d)
Degree Program: Mechanical Engineering Together with the ‘Duale Hochschule Stuttgart’ (Horb Campus), Veyhl trains students in the field of mechanical engineering. During the first 4 semesters, the focus is on areas such as design, mechanics, production and electrical engineering, mathematics and thermodynamics.
Bachelor of Arts (m/f/d)
Degree program: Business Administrator Industry Veyhl trains students in the field of business administration – industry, together with the Villingen-Schwenningen University. They learn all the basics of business administration and gain insights into the areas of law, human resources and sales in the first 4 semesters.
