Cooperation with Pforzheim University
Providing opportunities for growth and development is an important part of our philosophy. Since 2016, we have supported the district of Calw as a sponsor in expanding local continuing education opportunities, particularly through the “Innovation Management” Continuing Education and Qualification Program offered by Pforzheim University at its Nagold campus.
What makes this program unique is its flexibility: regardless of age or educational background, participants can choose from a variety of modules and complete them alongside their regular employment, without having to leave their company. The range of available certificates is broad and covers topics such as economic policy, Industry 4.0, digitalization, and lean production.
For those who already hold a bachelor's degree, Nagold also offers the opportunity to pursue a Master of Science in Strategic Innovation Management on a part-time basis, allowing professionals to further advance their careers while continuing to work.
