Several processes are available to you for finishing your metal components. Our automated powder coating system produces high-quality, durable surfaces — in any RAL color shade, exactly as you need them.
In addition, through our partners, we offer high-gloss and matte chrome plating, as well as electroplated nickel and zinc coating for your components. This covers a broad spectrum of functional and decorative surfaces. Flat and cylindrical grinding machines, along with belt sanding and flexible grinding stations, provide the final finish.
Assembly and Logistics
Our logistics concept ensures that your manufacturing process maintains the highest quality standards right through to the end. On our assembly lines, we assemble your components according to your specifications and document every inspection step. Your order is then picked in our shipping center, professionally packaged, and shipped worldwide with all required shipping documents — including customs clearance. All of this happens just-in-time.
